• Take the San Mateo Bridge Hwy 92 EAST
  
• Take Hwy 880 towards Oakland
  
• Take Hwy 580 EAST towards Tracy/Stockton
  
• Take Hwy 205 EAST Tracy/Stockton
  
• Hwy 205 joins Hwy 5 for a Very Short Time
  
• Then Take Hwy 120 EAST
  Manteca/Yosemite National Park
  
• Take Hwy 120/99 NORTH Sacramento/Sonora
• Take Hwy 120 EAST Manteca,
  Oakdale, Yosemite National Park
• Go thru Manteca, Escalon and into Oakdale
• In Oakdale at 3rd light (EAST "F" St./SR120)
  Sonora/Yosemite go left
• Continue EAST on HWY 120, just outside
  of Oakdale the highway will be designated as
  Hwy 120/108, continue EAST on the dual higway.
• Hwy 120/108 splits at Yosemite Junction, go right
• Take Hwy 120/49 (Chinese Camp,
  Groveland, Yosemite National Park)
• Continue thru Chinese Camp (Hwy 120/49)
  until you reach Hwy 120/49 at Moccasin
• Go right on Hwy 49 (Coulterville/Mariposa)
• Go 7/10's of a mile and make the
  1st right on Marshes Flat Road.
• Follow Marshes Flat Road to cattle guard #6
• Sales office will be on your right

From Modesto:

• Take Hwy 132 EAST thru Empire, Waterford, La Grange towards Coulterville
  
• Go past the Don Pedro Market and continu on until you make a left on Gusanillo
  
• Make a left on Granite Springs
  
• Make a right on Blanchard and follow it until cattle guard #1 where it becomes Marshes Flat Road
  
• Moccasin Ranch Estates sales office is located on the left between cattle guards #5 and #6
